By using Moldi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create or use a Moldi account.

• Keep login credentials secure.
• Use Moldi lawfully and respectfully.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others.
• Post unlawful, abusive, or sexually exploitative content.
• Attempt to bypass safety systems or platform restrictions.
• Use Moldi for scams, spam, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

Moldi may moderate content, investigate reports, suspend accounts, or remove content that violates these Terms or our safety rules.

6. Purchases

Premium features, boosts, and super likes may be available through platform billing providers. Purchase terms and refund eligibility may be governed by Google Play or Apple policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Moldi and its branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use Moldi trademarks without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Moldi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moldi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

You may stop using Moldi at any time. Moldi may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal reasons, or safety concerns.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
