Moldi Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Moldi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior.

1. Age Policy

Moldi is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following is prohibited:

• Any child sexual abuse or exploitative content
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any attempt to share or request CSAE material

3. Detection and Enforcement

Moldi may use moderation systems and manual review to detect harmful behavior. We may:

• Remove violating content
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Escalate severe cases to law enforcement or relevant authorities

4. Reporting

Users can report suspicious profiles, messages, or behavior through in-app reporting tools and by emailing support@moldi.app.

5. Collaboration with Authorities

When legally required or appropriate for safety, Moldi will cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organizations.

6. Urgent Safety Contact

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You may also notify Moldi at support@moldi.app.
