Moldi Account and Data Deletion
Last updated: February 9, 2026
Moldi provides in-app and email-based pathways for account deletion.
Option 1: Delete in the App (Preferred)
- Open Moldi.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
Option 2: Request by Email
Send your request from the email associated with your account to support@moldi.app with subject line:
Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your account email or username
- Any additional details needed to identify the account
What Happens After Request
- Account access is disabled.
- Profile visibility is removed.
- Associated personal data is deleted or anonymized according to legal and operational requirements.
- Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Verification and Timing
We may request verification before processing deletion. Typical processing is completed within 30 days.
